Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to ReflexReview, you can request deletion of your data at any time.

Option 1: Delete from within ReflexReview

  1. Sign in to your ReflexReview account.
  2. Go to platform integrations.
  3. Disconnect Facebook and any connected Instagram business account.
  4. Delete your ReflexReview account from account settings.

This removes stored tokens, integration mappings, and account data associated with your tenant per our retention policy.

Option 2: Email a deletion request

If you cannot access your account, email support@reflexreview.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

  • Your ReflexReview account email
  • Your business name
  • The platform account(s) to delete (Facebook and/or Instagram)

What happens next

  • We verify the request owner before deleting account-linked data.
  • Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
  • You will receive confirmation by email when deletion is complete.
